This piece of land in Sardis, British Columbia has a rich and colourful history. Originally a place of Indigenous legend, Coqualeetza endured a nearly century-long dark period as a residential school and tuberculosis hospital. In a remarkable reversal, it has now become a vibrant hub of learning and community through the hard work and determination of the Stó:lō people.
