1924 – Building replaced in mock-Tudor style

1925 – Methodist and Presbyterian Churches become United Church of Canada

1929 – Federal government purchases property from United Church of Canada

1935 – Experimental Tuberculosis Preventorium opens

1941 – Residential school becomes Coqualeetza Indian Hospital

1948 – Third major fire, documents discovered behind cornerstone

1954 – New wing of building built in Modern institutional style

1969 – Tuberculosis hospital closes following the end of segregated health care

1971 – Cornerstone documents rediscovered and seized

1973 – Stó:lō cultural education begins on property, lengthy legal battle ensues

1976 – Stó:lō occupation of grounds

1994 – Old buildings renovated into Stó:lō Nation offices

1997 – CFB Chilliwack closes, formal land claim process begins

2008 – Coqualeetza land is granted to the Stó:lō
